SM Mall of Asia is one of the biggest malls in the Philippines. Almost four hectares of floor area, it is more than just a mall, it is also a tourist destination for foreigners.
Last January 1, 2012, SM Mall of Asia together with Roppets Edutainment Production Inc. Presented the most exciting and extravagant mascot parade in the Philippines! More than 50 mascots marching around the mall, is a great experience for the whole family.

While waiting for the parade to start, the crowd was very much excited. Most of the crowd are kids, taking pictures and playing with the mascots. Excitement is in the air for the parade to start. The mascots were segregated into 5 groups, the first group represented the Disney characters along with snow white and seven dwarfs. Second group was categorized by character mascots like hello kitty, mike monster, pickachu etc. Third group represented cosplayers along with the giant puppets namely, American character, Arabian character, Japanese character and German character. Fourth group represented well known game characters like Angry bird and different animals. The last group represented stiltwalkers along with the most famous and crowd favourite, Bumble bee!

The mascot parade lasted for almost 1 hour and 30 mins. After the march, all mascots proceeded to the music hall for their Dance performance and musical play.

After the performances, the crowd had their chance to have their picture taken with their favourite character mascots as well as playing with them during the pictorial.
