Roppets started constructing mascot characters since the time it went to the puppetry art business. Mascot is a general term used by companies in promoting their products or services. It may be a puppet, person, object or anything that can represent their company in the market. It so happened that a famous local food chain restaurant used giant puppet as their mascot. From that time, on other companies called the giant puppet as mascot. When you say mascot, it pertains to the giant puppet that is manipulated by a puppeteer wearing the puppet. It can dance, walk, run and sway. Some have special effects like; movement of eyes, lips, ears etc.
The head is made of fibreglass or foam. The body and legs are usually made of foam. The feet or shoes are giant size.

We accept bulk orders of stuff toys with your own design or we can provide you designs for your stuff toy. It can be used for events, promotions, souvenirs, birthday give aways, sports fest and giveaways.
Roppets is engaged in stuff toy making. A little bit of open fiber, a little cut of velor cloth and a little bit of sewing, its a stuff toy. It may sound so simple but artistic know-how and creativity are the two important elements in this business.
The Pattern of design is done first. Each part of the character’s body and head has its own pattern. Then the pattern edges will be drawn in the cloth. Next is the cutting of cloth and sewing. Last is the stuffing.
The Arowana Stuffed toys used by the MVP Olympics as give-aways to players last year and this year were made by roppets. Also, the Hornbill stuffed toy of Palarong Pambansa in Dipolog Zamboanga held last May 7-15, 2011 were made by Roppets. These are just samples of our products. Roppets believe that Filipino stuffed toy makers can compete with other Asian countries as to the quality and art. But when it comes to pricing, China offers the lower price. Because most of the fabric comes from china and labor cost is lower.

Jingle production/soundtrack production/music scoring/ album production
The director of Roppets Mr. Danny Liwanag himself is a composer and musician. The length of time for jingle songs are shorter than a regular song. Usually songs we can hear over the radio runs in about 3 minutes average. Jingle songs last for 30 seconds or 1 minute only. Mostly, the lyrics in a jingle are promotions of a particular product or service. It can be heard through a radio or TV together with a video production. Jingle songs are very effective in recalling certain word or tune because the lyrics and tune are very simple and easy to follow.
In Jingle production, the voice talent may be a male, female or a kid. Voice talents are auditioned and screened very well. If they pass the test, their voice will be recorded and will be filed in a library of voices where a client can choose the type of voice fitted to the jingle.
Jingle production is a challenge for musicians, composers, lyricists and singers. Although it has a shorter time of recording, it should create an impact to the listener in a very distinctive manner.
